More about me!
In 2009, Michael started working in the field of physiotherapy, quickly discovering his calling and passion in this area of healthcare. He has since pursued further studies to broaden his treatment modalities and optimise his techniques. He is currently dual-qualified as a physiotherapist and clinical exercise physiologist, as well as a certified massage therapist.
Over the years, Michael has been involved in various forms of physical activity, giving him first-hand insight into the demands of the body and a personal understanding of injuries that can occur. These include high-altitude hiking (his favourites being Patagonia and Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania), multiple injuries as a martial arts instructor and weightlifting at the gym.
At Firstline Physiotherapy, Michael aims to consolidate his extensive knowledge and experience to assess your health from multiple perspectives, ensuring you receive complete holistic healthcare.
Outside of physiotherapy, Michael is a doting father to two rescue cats. He also enjoys snowboarding and scuba diving when the conditions are right. He is an avid traveller, having visited over fifty countries to date. Feel free to ask about his adventures or offer suggestions for future destinations!
