More about me!

With over a decade of experience in exercise physiology and physiotherapy, I have found my passion in helping others achieve optimal their health and wellness. I am dedicated to lifelong learning and continue to broaden my knowledge through ongoing studies.

My approach to patient care involves attentive listening and a wholehearted understanding of their concerns. Together, we collaborate to develop a practical treatment plan that fits their unique needs, with close monitoring and guidance throughout their recovery.

When I'm not working with patients, I enjoy staying active through outdoor activities like snowboarding, scuba diving, and hiking. I've had the opportunity to go on some incredible trips, including hiking expeditions in La Paz, Bolivia, Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and Patagonia in Chile and Argentina.

As a traveller at heart, I have explored over 50 countries and am constantly inspired by the diversity of cultures and cuisines. When I'm not on the go, I love spending time with my wife and our two silly rescue cats.
